“We had a very complex council application where we had built a new home on our property in the Adelaide Hills and wanted to keep our existing dwelling and turn it into a B&B.  The process took us about 3 years, because in the meantime we also had a boundary change which in turn meant we would have 3 dwellings on the one property/title.  Initially the council were against keeping our existing dwelling, but with new laws that had recently come in towards the end of our application period and this being our last chance to try and gain approval, we felt the need to engage a professional to help get us over the line. Engaging and working with Emma Herriman was the best thing we could have ever done.  Emma’s expertise and knowledge was second to none.  There was a lot of information that was required to be put together as part of councils’ application process and Emma left no stone unturned. Emma tackled every aspect of our application seamlessly, her attention to detail, her professionalism and meeting deadlines is a credit to her.  Without Emma’s help and her wealth of knowledge, I don’t believe we would have gotten our application over the line.
